Zusammenfassung

Paychex is seeking a driven sales professional to expand PEO products and services. You will develop new clients, expand referrals, and drive revenue growth within the PEO Sales organization.

Responsibilities include leveraging the Go-to-Market strategy, scheduling client meetings, onboarding PEO clients, and maintaining accurate reports. Travel may be required for conferences and regional meetings as needed.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma required.
• 5+ years relevant sales experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years additional sales experience or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota attainment guidelines.
• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solution to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals using phone, mail, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and match products, referring to the right sales partner.
