Paychex is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in PEO products by acquiring new clients and expanding the broker referral network. You’ll leverage Go-to-Mtor strategies to tailor Paychex solutions to each client’s needs, managing onboarding and ongoing relationships to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales experience with a track record in managing client relationships, plus the ability to travel for conferences and trainings as needed.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of relevant sales experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new clients and expand the PEO client base to increase profits.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially brokers to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using multiple channels.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and refer to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
• Project a positive image of the company to create sales opportunities.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services and processes.
• Develop technical and sales skills to effectively represent PEO Sales.
