Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive PEO products and services by adding new clients and expanding the broker network. You will work under sales management guidance, schedule meetings, and leverage go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and market share.

You will onboard clients, analyze needs, and coordinate with sales partners to ensure a smooth onboarding and positive client experience, with occasional travel for conferences and training.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources in broker channel.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside Paychex base.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and refer to the correct sales partner.
• Complete new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by deadlines.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for a smooth transition.
• Travel as required for conferences or meetings.
• Represent Paychex positively to clients and community.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services.
• Develop technical and sales skills to represent PEO Sales.
• May travel outside territory for conferences/training.

Education

High School Diploma - Required

5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management

2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management
