Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant to influence C-Suite decisions and develop new prospects for CoAd PEO services in the assigned region. This field sales role starts as a hunter position with uncapped earning potential and an annual quota.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in complex business solutions sales or outside sales, strong consultative selling skills, and a track record of meeting quotas while building a robust client network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3–5+ years in complex solutions-based sales or 2+ years in outside sales.
• 3–5+ years in a business environment.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations.
• Experience in consultative sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to meet and exceed quotas and to hunt for new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Generate sales leads from self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify potential channel partners and establish relationships.
• Establish 150–200+ new connections weekly.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPI targets.
• Collaborate with C-Suite professionals to assess needs and pitch CoAd solutions.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider.
• Adhere to CoAd core competencies and values.
