• 3-5+ years of experience in complex business solutions-based sales
• Proven and documented sales track record in complex solution-based sales
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client issues
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
• Identify potential channel partners
• Establish 150-200+ new connections weekly
• Collaborate with C-Suite level professionals on business needs to introduce and sell CoAd products and services
• Represent CoAd as leading PEO provider
