CoAd is hiring a Business Sales Consultant in the United States to influence C-Suite decision makers and drive growth through its co-employment offerings. You will hunt for new clients, expand CoAd’s PEO services, and meet annual quotas in the commercial markets of the assigned region.

The role emphasizes a consultative selling approach, building a strong network of SMB owners and channel partners, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• 3-5+ years in a business environment.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations preferred.
• Experience in a consultative sales role and proven sales track record.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client issues and strategic impact.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to hunt for and develop new complex sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily to track opportunities and activity.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify potential channel partners and establish partnerships.
• Establish 150-200+ new connections weekly.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets.
• Engage C-Suite level professionals to understand business needs and present CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as the leading PEO provider and deliver value through solutions.
• Collaborate and align with CoAd Core Competencies and Core Values.
