Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in Florida to influence C-Suite decision makers and sell CoAdvantage PEO services per annual quota. This field sales role starts as a hunter position with uncapped earning potential.

You will identify client needs, develop new business opportunities, and leverage partnerships to grow revenue while representing CoAd as a leading PEO provider across the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 3-5+ years in complex solutions-based sales and/or 2+ years in outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment and labor laws and benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Establish and develop channel partnerships.
• Engage 150–200+ new connections weekly.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with C-Suite on business needs to expand CoAdvantage offerings.
