Job summary

CoAd is expanding its field sales team in the United States to grow new business for PEO services. The Business Sales Consultant will engage C-Suite decision makers, qualify clients, and close strategic deals within the assigned region.

This is a hunter role with uncapped earning potential and requires a strong consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will build relationships with small and mid-size business owners, leverage Salesforce daily, and collaborate with channel partners to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or technical discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience selling complex business solutions or 2+ years outside sales.
• 3-5+ years in a business environment and experience in consultative sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to identify and develop new complex sales opportunities.
• Experience hunting for new customers and growing account base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Generate sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify potential channel partners and establish connections.
• Develop 150-200+ new connections weekly and meet KPIs.
