Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in the Tampa area to influence C-Suite decisions and sell co-employment PEO services.

The role is a field sales hunter with uncapped earning potential, focused on establishing new prospects, identifying client needs, and expanding CoAd's footprint in commercial markets.

You will manage leads, leverage Salesforce, build a network of SMB owners, and collaborate with channel partners while upholding CoAd core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years selling complex business solutions.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws and benefits industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Profile and manage Salesforce daily.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify, collaborate and strategize with C-Suite level professionals on their business needs to introduce, expand and sell CoAd products and services.
• Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Represent CoAd as the leading and best PEO provider.
