Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant to influence C‑Suite decisions and drive new client acquisition for CoAd PEO services. This field sales role starts as a hunter position with uncapped earning potential in the commercial markets of the assigned region.

The candidate will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities, manage Salesforce daily, and establish a wide network of business owners while collaborating with potential channel partners to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/technical field.
• 3-5+ years in complex solutions-based sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Profile and manage Salesforce daily.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Establish 150-200+ new connections weekly.
• Identify, establish and develop channel partners.
