Job summary

CoAd, a nationwide workforce management partner, seeks a Business Sales Consultant in the Jacksonville area to influence C-Suite leaders and expand CoAd's PEO offerings. This field sales role starts as a hunter with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to quota attainment.

You will identify new opportunities, manage Salesforce daily, and build a network of SMB owners while collaborating with channel partners to expand CoAd's client base and hit annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices, and benefit regulations.
• Experience in a consultative sales role with a proven track record.
• Ability to hunt for new customers and grow complex sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that yield new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small to mid-size business owners.
• Identify potential channel partners and establish relationships.
• Build 150–200+ new connections weekly and exceed KPIs.
• Collaborate with C-Suite on business needs to introduce and sell CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider and uphold core values.
• Support special projects and leverage AI tools to boost productivity.
