CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in the Atlanta area to influence C‑Suite decisions and sell CoAd PEO services. This hunter role focuses on establishing new prospects and meeting annual quotas through strategic outreach and channel partnerships.

The role requires a strong consultative sales background, broad business acumen, and the ability to build relationships with small to mid-size business owners while leveraging AI tools for productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in complex solutions-based sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• Knowledge of employment/workforce management laws and benefits regs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Generate sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, referrals.
