Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in the Phoenix area to influence C-Suite decisions through co-employment offerings. This field sales role starts as a hunter role with uncapped earning potential, targeting new clients for CoAd PEO services.

The candidate will identify client needs, build a sales pipeline, and actively develop relationships with small and mid-size business owners while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and QPI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of complex solutions-based sales experience.
• Experience in outside sales and hunting new business.
• PEO consulting experience or knowledge of workforce management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify potential channel partners.
• Establish 150–200+ new connections each week.
• Maintain and exceed monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with C-Suite to address business needs and sell CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider.
• Adhere to CoAd Core Competencies and Core Values.
• Take on special projects and incorporate AI tools into daily workflows.
• Utilize AI to draft content or summarize information.
