Job summary

CoAd is hiring a Business Sales Consultant in North Carolina to influence C-Suite decisions on co-employment offerings. You will establish new prospects and sell CoAd PEO services against an annual quota. This field sales role starts as a hunter position with uncapped earnings potential.

You will build a pipeline, manage opportunities, and partner with executives to align CoAd solutions with client needs. This is a grow-focused, quota-driven role based in NC.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales, or 2+ years outside sales.
• 3-5+ years in a business environment.
• PEO consulting experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices, and benefit regulations (preferred).
• Proven track record in consultative, solution-based sales.
• Strong business acumen to understand client issues and goals.
• Outstanding ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify and establish potential channel partners.
• Establish 150-200+ new connections each week.
• Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with C-Suite on business needs to introduce and sell CoAd products.
• Represent CoAd as the leading and best PEO provider.
• Adhere to CoAd Core Competencies and values.
