Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a skilled PEO Sales professional to drive new business by prospecting and building relationships, selling a fully bundled HR/Payroll/Benefits solution. You’ll engage executive buyers and manage a strategic sales process through to close.

This role emphasizes consultative, relationship-driven selling in a high-value environment, with uncapped earning potential, and a path to leadership within a top-tier sales organization.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in PEO sales.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development and network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance and risk management.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder conversations with executives (C-suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery.
• Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close.
