Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Sales professional in a consultative role to expand value with existing clients in HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will guide conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover needs and deliver tailored solutions within a growing client base.

The role emphasizes strategic, relationship-driven selling across departments, uncapped earning potential, and a path to broader sales and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred.
• 3 years of experience in inside or outside B2B sales.
• Experience in Digital Media, Health Insurance, HR Services, Retail, Hospitality, Recruitment, Financial Services, Insurance, Marketing, Automotive, Information Technology, Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing client relationships while identifying needs and expanding adoption of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions.
• Sell ASO solutions, including HR guidance, compliance support, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers to uncover challenges and align solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage a consultative sales cycle focused on upselling and expanding within your existing client base.
• Balance account growth with targeted prospecting to drive additional opportunities.
