Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a driven sales professional to expand the PEO client base and increase revenue. You will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and manage referrals from brokers and other sources to drive growth.

The role requires H.S. Diploma and 4 years of HCM/PEO sales experience; a valid driver's license is required. This full-time position offers a compensation range with base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver's License - Required.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base to increase profits.
• Leverage go-to-market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside current base using calls, mail, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for smooth transition onto the service.
