Job summary

Paychex is seeking a seasoned PEO Sales professional to drive strategic, high-value deals with executive buyers and business owners. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, delivering a fully bundled HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management solution.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder conversations, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build referral networks to fuel growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in PEO sales.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• H.S. Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your network.
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead consultative conversations with executives (C-suite, CFO, HR leaders).
• Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery.
• Own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close and build referrals.
