Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a PEO Sales professional to develop new clients and expand the client base, driving profitability in the PEO Sales organization.

The role requires leveraging go-to-market strategies, presenting Paychex solutions to decision makers, and coordinating with brokers and referral sources to increase revenue and market share. Travel may be required for conferences and regional meetings.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to drive profits in the PEO Sales organization.
• Leverage the Go-to-Market Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers, in person or virtually, to grow revenue and market share.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside the Paychex base using phone, direct mail, seminars, client visits, or local marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs, determine appropriate products, and refer to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction.
