Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to grow our HCM/PEO portfolio in the United States. You will identify client needs, present Paychex solutions, and manage relationships with brokers and referral sources to expand revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially broker channel, to secure referrals.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition.
• Travel outside of geographic territory for conferences, training, or meetings.
