JPMorganChase is seeking a Payments Sales Associate within the SMB Payments group, focusing on branch, digital, and partner channels. You will drive monthly and annual production goals by selling Chase Payment Solutions to existing and prospective clients using multiple communication channels.

The SMB Payments team serves over 5 million small business customers across the US and Canada, delivering banking, payments, and value-added services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across levels.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners to influence outcomes.
• Sound judgment to offer customized solutions and alternative options when needed.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities from inbound leads, referrals, and marketing programs.
• Identify and self-source client opportunities through networks and COIs to pursue new business.
• Serve as trusted advisor to promote banking and payment processing solutions across Chase.
• Execute a short sales cycle with high lead velocity and structured follow-up.
• Communicate with decision-makers to evaluate needs and propose payment solutions.
• Conduct regular calls with prospects and existing clients via remote/dashboard model.
• Maintain accurate electronic sales records and prepare sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing models to close business with clients.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation and ramp-up.
