Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Payments Sales Sr Associate within the SMB Payments group to drive new business and meet production goals by selling Chase Payment Solutions to current and prospective clients.

In a fast-paced Branch, Digital, Partner channel, you will cultivate relationships, present payment processing solutions, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure implementation and risk compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the merchant services industry and client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities from inbound leads and referrals.
• Source client opportunities through networks and COIs; act as trusted advisor.
• Execute short sales cycles with high velocity of leads.
• Communicate with decision-makers to evaluate needs and propose solutions.
• Regularly conducts calls with prospects and clients to assess needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required reports.
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate implementation with internal partners.
