Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager who blends technical depth with sales acumen to support pre-sales and post-sales engagements for Paze solutions. You will design payment solutions leveraging card networks, real-time payments, and ecommerce integrations, and present to clients to drive secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a track record in payments/fintech, and the ability to work in a fast-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations; familiarity with Shopify, Magento, SFCC.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
• Ability to translate complex payment solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to diagnose challenges in payment systems and architect scalable solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and pass drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leverages understanding of U.S. payment systems to design tailored solutions for clients and integrate with ecommerce platforms and Paze wallet.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that align with client needs and integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze digital wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations on payment workflows, compliance requirements, and system capabilities.
• Creates comprehensive solution documentation, technical guides, and proposals tailored to client use cases.
• Defines, monitors and reviews the sales solutions engineering objectives for alignment with business goals.
• Works with leadership to develop action plans to support rapid growth of the Paze organization.
• Acts as a communications channel between market trends and the Product team.
• Complies with security policies and procedures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
