Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to support sales engagements with technical and functional leadership. You will articulate payment workflows, guide clients through integrations, and collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver tailored payment solutions for real-time networks and digital wallets.

This role requires 8+ years in payments/fintech, strong API/SDK experience, and the ability to travel up to 25%. Hybrid work is offered in major U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within the U.S. payments or fintech industry.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations, including PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC.
• Ability to translate complex payment solutions into clear, actionable insights.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leverages knowledge of payment systems to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations on payment workflows and compliance.
• Creates solution documentation, technical guides, and client proposals.
• Defines and reviews sales solutions engineering objectives to align with business goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to support rapid growth of the Paze organization.
• Acts as a channel between market trends and the Product team.
