Job summary

Early Warning is seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge the gap between Sales and technical delivery in the U.S. payments market.

You will design tailored payment solutions, deliver demonstrations, and create compelling technical guides for clients across ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in solutions or sales engineering in fintech, with API/sdk proficiency, and knowledge of PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Prior experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations (Shopify/Magento/SCC a plus).
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
• Ability to translate complex payment solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to diagnose challenges in payment systems and architect scalable solutions.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leverages deep understanding of U.S. payment systems to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations on payment workflows and compliance.
• Creates comprehensive solution documentation, technical guides, and proposals.
• Defines, monitors and reviews sales solutions engineering objectives for alignment with goals.
• Works with leadership to support rapid growth of the Paze organization.
• Acts as a communications channel between market trends and the Product team.
• Complies with security policies to maintain data confidentiality and availability.
