Job summary

Early Warning Services is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to blend technical acumen with sales skills, supporting client engagements across U.S. payments ecosystems. The role focuses on architecture, tokenization, and wallet integration to deliver tailored payment solutions.

Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, partnering with sales, and delivering compelling demonstrations and documentation to enable successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in payments or fintech solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, issuers, networks, processors, merchants, and vendors.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leads technical discovery and solution design for enabling issuers and card portfolios in digital wallets and provisioning.
• Develops and presents payment solutions that align with client needs and integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, architecture reviews, and demonstrations for clients.
