Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge the Sales and Technical teams for payment solutions across wallets, tokenization, and issuer integrations. You will design architectures, run workshops, and guide clients through complex token lifecycle and verification processes.

You will collaborate with issuers, networks, and merchants to win business, articulate target-state architectures, and ensure seamless integration with Paze and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in payments or fintech solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience supporting issuers, processors, payment networks, token services, or digital-wallet integrations.
• Strong knowledge of payment tokenization, ID&V, token lifecycle management, and fraud scenarios.
• Working knowledge of EMV, NFC, and contactless standards; API-driven integration and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of U.S. payments regulation including PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, issuers, networks, processors, merchants, acquirers, and vendors.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Leads technical discovery and solution design for enabling issuers and their card portfolios in digital wallets and tokenization.
• Explains tokenization flows, provisioning, and integration between issuer systems, networks, and wallets.
• Develops end-to-end token lifecycle behavior and aligns lifecycle events across systems and operations.
• Advises clients on NFC tap-to-pay, contactless standards, and terminal capabilities.
• Delivers presentations, architecture reviews, and demonstrations to educate clients on payment workflows.
• Creates solution documentation, guides, and integration requirements tailored to use cases.
• Drives product-aligned sales engineering objectives and communicates market feedback to Product.
