Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge sales and technical delivery in the U.S. payments space. You will craft tailored payment solutions, lead pre- and post-sales engagements, and collaborate with product teams to meet client needs.

The role requires deep payments knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment. Expect travel up to 25% and a strong, cross-functional team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering or technical consulting in U.S. payments/fintech.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and merchants.
• Partners with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the U.S. payments market.
• Designs tailored payment solutions that integrate with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Conducts technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations for clients.
• Creates solution documentation, guides and proposals.
• Monitors and aligns sales solutions engineering objectives with business goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to support rapid growth of Paze.
• Acts as a channel between market trends and the Product team.
• Complies with security policies to protect data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
