Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager in a hybrid role across primary markets. You will bridge sales and technical teams to design and present payment solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in payment networks, real-time payments and wallets.

The role demands 8+ years in fintech solutions engineering, strong stakeholder communication, and ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering or related field in US payments/fintech.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, and ecommerce integrations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of US payments regulations (PCI-DSS, AML, KYC).
• Ability to translate complex payment solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to diagnose challenges and architect scalable solutions.
• Experience operating in a start-up environment and driving growth.
• Track record of building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and merchants.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical expertise to win business in the US payments market.
• Design tailored payment solutions for clients integrating with ecommerce platforms and the Paze wallet.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations on payment workflows and compliance.
• Create solution documentation, guides and proposals for client use cases.
• Define and monitor sales engineering objectives aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support rapid growth of Paze.
