Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer Manager to bridge sales and technical teams in the U.S. payments space. You will design and present tokenization, wallet integration, and card-network solutions for issuers, processors, and networks, guiding clients through architecture discussions while ensuring compliance.

Collaborate across internal groups, lead technical discovery, and contribute to Paze product growth in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in payments or fintech solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience supporting issuers, processors, payment networks, token services, or digital-wallet integrations, including wallet-enablement and tokenization programs.
• Strong knowledge of payment tokenization, ID&V, token lifecycle management, and fraud scenarios.
• Working knowledge of EMV, NFC, and cardholder verification standards, terminal certification, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, ecommerce integrations, and scalable payment-solution architecture.
• Understanding of PCI DSS, AML, KYC, and sanctions compliance.
• Strong customer-facing, sales, leadership, and communication skills; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with issuers, networks, processors, merchants, and vendors.
• Leads technical discovery and solution design for wallet enablement in the U.S. payments market.
• Explains tokenization, provisioning flows, and device binding for integration projects.
• Executes architecture reviews and demonstrations to educate clients on payment workflows and system capabilities.
• Develops documentation, sequence flows, and proposals tailored to client use cases.
