Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly experienced Technical Solution Consultant to help organizations optimize and modernize their accounts payable processes with innovative payment solutions.

You will partner with sales teams, uncover business challenges, and lead discovery to recommend tailored payables solutions and support successful implementation transitions. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, combining industry expertise, solution design, and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.
• Experience selling and implementing complex financial and payments solutions across clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the sale of complex accounts payables solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes, goals, and challenges.
• Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Address technical questions and build confidence in proposed solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to support implementation readiness and handoffs.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through consultative engagement and proactive communication.
• Educate internal partners on solution capabilities and best practices.
