Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a consultative, client-focused Technical Solution Consultant to optimize accounts payable processes through innovative payment solutions. You will partner with sales teams, uncover challenges, and recommend tailored payables solutions while supporting successful implementation transitions.

You will lead discovery, deliver demos, and collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes and smooth handoffs throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience, preferably selling multiple complex integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the sale of complex accounts payable solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes, goals, and challenges.
• Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Deliver impactful demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Address technical questions and build confidence in proposed solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to support implementation readiness and successful handoffs.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through consultative engagement and proactive communication.
• Educate internal partners on solution capabilities and best practices.
