U.S. Bank is seeking a consultative, client-focused Technical Solution Consultant to help organizations optimize and modernize their accounts payable processes through innovative payment solutions.

In this role you will partner with sales teams to uncover challenges, tailor payables solutions, and support successful implementation transitions, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience selling multiple, complex integrated solutions.
• Proven consultative, solutions-based selling background.
• Experience leading discovery, needs assessment, and solution design discussions.
• Strong accounts payable and payments/fintech knowledge.
• Ability to partner across sales, implementation and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sale of complex accounts payable solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes and goals.
• Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Address technical questions and build confidence in proposed solutions.
• Support implementation readiness and handoffs with internal partners and vendors.
• Educate internal teams on solution capabilities and best practices.
