Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a consultative, client-focused Technical Solution Consultant to help organizations optimize and modernize their accounts payable processes through innovative payment solutions.

In this role you'll partner with sales teams and clients to uncover challenges, guide solution discovery, tailor payables solutions, and support implementations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle with industry know-how and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience selling multiple complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the sale of complex accounts payable solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes, goals, and challenges.
• Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Address technical questions and build confidence throughout the sales cycle.
• Support implementation readiness and handoffs with internal partners and vendors.
• Educate internal partners on solution capabilities and best practices.
