U.S. Bank seeks a consultative, client-focused Technical Solution Consultant to optimize and modernize accounts payable processes with innovative payment solutions.

You will partner with sales teams and clients to uncover challenges, guide solution discovery, and deliver tailored payables solutions throughout the sales lifecycle. In this role, you will demonstrate capabilities, lead discovery, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementations and transfers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 10 or more years of related experience, preferably selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a variety of customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the sale of complex accounts payable solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client payables processes, goals, and challenges.
• Assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Deliver impactful demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams to develop solution strategies and strengthen client relationships.
• Address technical questions and build confidence in proposed solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to support implementation readiness and successful handoffs.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through consultative engagement and proactive communication.
• Educate internal partners on solution capabilities and best practices.
