You will work with technology partners, brokers, and financial advisors to generate opportunities, while aligning sales goals with marketing and product teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

2+ years building and maintaining partner relationships in SMB space.
Quota-driven sales success in prior roles.
Independent, proactive relationship-builder in fast-paced settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors.
Build strategic referral networks for lead generation and partnerships.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and execute GTM strategies.
Coordinate partner marketing initiatives and track performance metrics.
