Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to grow and manage key SMB partnerships across the United States, with a focus on West Texas. The role demands a proactive, organized sales professional who can operate with minimal guidance and drive revenue through strategic partner networks.

You will build referral relationships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop go-to-market plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining tech/HCM partner relationships in SMB space.
• Proven quota-driven sales success in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated individual contributor with strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors.
• Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Work with partners to set goals and metrics for go-to-market and demand generation.
