Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Partner Account Manager to expand our referral network and grow our SMB partner ecosystem across the United States. You will engage tech partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors, driving strategic alliances and revenue growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues, implement go-to-market plans, and measure performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors in SMB space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales through events, emails, webinars, etc.
• Set business goals with partners and develop go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities.
