Job summary

Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access through crowdfunded loans. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships, will cultivate mid-level and major donors, advise on donor-advised funds, and translate impact into compelling proposals.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and impact teams to strengthen relationships and drive engagement while managing a portfolio. The role is remote in the United States for permanent, full-time employment, with a salary range of $71K–$92K

Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships experience.
• Experience designing donor engagement strategies that move prospects toward giving.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major-gifts engagement is a plus.
• Strong writing/editing skills to translate programs into proposals and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with mid-level and major donors; develop engagement and stewardship plans.
• Develop donor-advised fund sponsor strategies and resources for partners.
• Collaborate on donor communications, proposals, reports, and newsletters; translate impact data into compelling content.
• Maintain donor records, track pipelines, and monitor engagement goals.
