This Manager, Strategic Partnerships role focuses on cultivating major donors and donor-advised funds, partnering with Finance, Marketing, Product and impact teams to deepen donor relationships and strengthen proposals and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 years in nonprofit fundraising or strategic partnerships, cultivating and stewarding donors.
• Strong writing and editing skills for proposals, reports and communications.
• Ability to partner across Finance, Marketing, Product and impact teams.
• Experience tracking activity, reporting, and donor engagement data.
• Comfort representing the organization with donors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow philanthropic support by cultivating individual donors and donor-advised funds.
• Develop compelling donor communications, proposals and reports.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen donor journeys and events.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual donor events and engagements.
• Maintain donor records and track pipelines toward fundraising goals.
