Job summary

Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access by crowdfunded loans and donor engagement. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships grows philanthropic support by cultivating individual donors, engaging philanthropic advisors, and developing compelling donor communications.

You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, translate impact into deeper engagement, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to strengthen donor experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or a related field; cultivating and stewarding donors.
• Experience developing donor engagement strategies and moving prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major giving; experience engaging these audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor strategy for mid-level and major gifts; tailor engagement and stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve donor communications and engagement.
• Plan and deliver donor events, write compelling proposals, reports, and materials.
