Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access through crowdfunded loans. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships cultivates mid-level donors, engages advisory partners, and translates impact into engaging donor opportunities.

You’ll collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Product, and impact teams to strengthen donor relationships, improve giving experiences, and support proposals and reporting. This work-from-home role requires US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Formación

• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex programs into donor communications.
• Sound judgment and relationship-building skills; confidence representing the organization.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships independently.

Responsabilidades

• Individual and mid-level donor strategy and engagement; cultivate mid-level and major-tier donors.
• Cross-functional partnership development with Finance, Product, Engineering and SP colleagues.
• Communications and marketing; coordinate donor messaging across audiences and channels.
