Kiva is a global nonprofit expanding financial access by crowdfunded loans. The Manager, Strategic Partnerships grows philanthropic support by cultivating donors, engaging advisors, and developing compelling donor communications.

You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects, translating impact into deeper engagement and giving opportunities. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Communications, Product and Engineering, and

Qualificações

• 5 years of nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Experience developing donor engagement strategies and moving prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds, philanthropic advisors, and major giving; experience engaging these audiences is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with ability to translate programs and impact data into proposals and donor communications.
• Experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple projects independently.
• Comfort using a CRM such as Salesforce and digital engagement data to track activity, run reports, and refine strategies.
• Sound judgment and strong relationship-building skills; comfortable representing the organization with donors.
• Commitment to Kiva’s mission and values, including financial inclusion, equity, and respect for communities served.

Responsabilidades

• Individual and mid-level donor strategy and engagement, develop tailored engagement and stewardship plans for major gifts.
• Develop engagement for donor-advised fund sponsors and gatekeeper professionals and enable relationship managers.
• Partner to improve donor communications, website journeys, and unique offerings for mid-level/major donors.
