Human Interest in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a Partner Account Manager to develop and grow referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space. You will drive lead generation, build strategic networks, and coordinate cross-functional solutions across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Proven track record of success in a quota driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor who can operate independently.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Resilient with resourcefulness and creative problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales through events, emails, webinars, etc.
• Establish business goals and milestones with partners to drive GTM and demand-generation.
