Job summary

Human Interest in San Francisco is seeking a Partner Account Manager to accelerate our referral and growth initiatives with SMBs across the United States. You will cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with tech partners, benefits brokers, CPAs and financial advisors, driving lead generation and revenue.

In a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to resolve issues and implement go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tech or HCM partnerships.
• Proven quota attainment in SMB sales.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Establish business goals and metrics with partners and execute go-to-market strategies.
