Human Interest in West Covina, CA is seeking a results-driven Partner Account Manager to grow referral networks with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space. We are a high-growth fintech company committed to expanding retirement access nationwide.

You will build strategic partnerships, drive lead generation, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPA's and financial advisors in the SMB space (territory sales & business development).
• Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder who can operate independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Resilient and capable of creative problem solving in operations and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; advocates for stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new opportunities.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to promote partner sales through events, email, webinars, etc.
• Work with partners to set business goals and metrics to drive go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
