Job summary
Human Interest is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead the growth engine of our partner ecosystem, spanning payroll providers, brokers, accountants, and financial institutions. You will sign complex, multi-year agreements, scale the partnership machine, and collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Product to optimize deal economics and integration opportunities.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in partnerships or channel sales
- Leadership experience building and scaling teams
- Proven ability to source, structure, and close complex partnerships
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing partnerships team.
- Design scalable partnership processes and playbooks.
- Own portfolio strategy and prioritization with cross-functional leadership.
- Personally lead high-stakes negotiations and important deals.
- Define KPIs and drive revenue targets for the team.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Sales on integrations and co-marketing.
- Communicate partnership strategy and results to senior leadership.
