Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our partner ecosystem and scale growth across payroll, benefits brokers, accountants, financial institutions, PEOs, and embedded fintech channels. You will sign multi-year agreements, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive cross-functional alignment with CRO and leadership.

The role blends strategy, dealmaking, and operational execution, with hands-on negotiation and a focus on scalable programs that accelerate

Qualifications

10+ years in partnerships or channel sales with ownership of a book of strategic partnerships.
Proven ability to sign complex, multi-year agreements with senior stakeholders.
Experience scaling partnerships across payroll, benefits, fintech and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the partnerships team; drive ownership, strategic thinking and deal execution.
Shape portfolio strategy with cross-functional leaders to maximize high-quality growth.
Act as primary hunter for net-new strategic partnerships and guide complex negotiations.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Sales to enable partnerships.
Model channel economics and set KPIs to meet revenue targets.
Communicate partnership thesis and pipeline to senior leadership.
