Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior Partnerships professional to grow three new verticals in the US market, focusing on depository institutions, home improvement, and small business lending.

You will manage the end-to-end partnership process from initial conversations to launch, negotiating commercial terms and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve rapid scaling. You will report to the Director of Platform Partnerships and own the core middle of the process, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic partnerships, investment banking, venture capital / private equity, business development, consulting, or related field.
• Experience with lending, fintech, SaaS, or financial institutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Map the market and source high-value strategic, product, and channel partnerships.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms and product setup for each partner.
• Build bank and credit union channel, landing partners and integrations for adoption.
• Win partnerships in home improvement and small-business lending ecosystems to drive funded volume.
• Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, credit, legal, implementation) to launch and scale partners.
• Own partnerships internally and clear roadblocks to speed up progress.
• Build repeatable program structures and playbooks for faster partnerships.
• Track deal pipeline and activity in Salesforce.
