Job summary

Human Interest in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Partner Account Manager to engage and grow key accounts across the United States. You will accelerate partner relationships to reach more SMBs, collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance to solve problems and seize growth opportunities.

Requirements include 2+ years in partner development, quota attainment, and strong communication. Travel up to 3 days/week within Maryland and beyond is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining partnerships in SMB markets.
• Quota-driven sales success and a track record of relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and advisors.
• Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales.
• Establish business goals with partners and drive go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
